Hugger Orange / White top pics?
I am considering paint colors for my 69 short step. I am between Hugger Orange with a white top and Butternut Yellow / white. It will have a 68 clip with white grille shell. Would anyone have pics of either color, hopefully on a step side? I haven't seen very many and have always really liked both colors. I'm an old Camaro guy, just getting into the C10s too. Thanks in advance guys.

Re: Hugger Orange / White top pics?
Here's a pic of a '68 LWB that I restored and sold recently... I knew it would look good but it turned out way better than I though it would. I think the trim really sets it off also. I have seen the same combination without and IMO, it looks better with the trim installed.

Here is a shot of my old 70 in Hugger Orange, no white top but you get the idea. That color looks great on these old pickups! |

Re: Hugger Orange / White top pics?
What about a hugger orange with black top combo? Has anyone ever done that? I am thinking about doing that to my 68. Just for something different. Matt

There was an old GMC long bed with that Combo in my town growing up. I have wanted to see someone do it on a nice truck for a LONGGGGGG time!

Oh me .. That thing is stunning. I think you've just convinced me!
Yes, hugger / black or I even thought about a gunmetal / titanium grey top to 'Foose' it up a little. Humm. I can't stop looking at the Hugger / White though.
