68 1 ton Dually Chassis 175" W.B. $750
Anybody out there have any interest in a 175" W.B. One ton Dually chassis? This is a 68 installed under an "Open Road" motorhome. Very clean, 61,000 miles. Coach builder installed a 18" extension in frame to a 157" factory long frame. Cab-n-chassis style. Front end and rear end are perfect. 457 gear ratio.
Asking $750.00 O.B.O. Might be able to be used under a quad cab truck. Wayne

Is it stretched, or did you mean 157"?

Re: 68 1 ton Dually Chassis 175" W.B. $750
DOH!! Now I feel dumb when I was just trying to help. I guess I should read the whole dang thing! Sometimes I think I may be somewhat dyslexic and when I saw the two numbers swapped I wondered if you might have made the same kind of mistake I make sometimes. Oh well, I guess I'm the only defective one here...bummer
I'd think this frame could be shortened to the 133"WB if anyone wants to build a dually PU. even if no one has the need for the longer length. For that matter, I don't see why it couldn't be shortened to 127" to take a regular bed. Again, just trying to help (hopefully?)

Re: 68 1 ton Dually Chassis 175" W.B. $750
Price too high?
really just wanting to pass this chassis along intact to someone wanting to build a crewcab or ramp truck. Hate to bust it up. May just have to haul it up to my mountain property and let er simmer a bit. Don't cost nuthin to sit. Might figure out a use for it someday. Anybody?

I gave the seats to a friend of mine but he might be willing to sell them. How much they worth to you? plus you pay the freight.
