Intro
Been a lurker for a bit, but actually have a truck now so i figure i'll chime in. Picked up a '71 GMC stepside last weekend. Its in pretty bad shape, the previous owner made some bad calls. Looking forward to getting it all fixed up though! I'll take some pics in the morning and try to figure out how to add pics.

Thanks for the "welcomes" guys. Here's some pics, the previous owner did a really great lowering job. Ruined the leafs with a torch (so bad he had to add lift blocks) and cut the coils down so much there's no ground clearance or suspension travel. Which is what caused the front end to get so banged up...
