HELP with valve cover breathers
So i picked up some nice, older edelbrock valve covers for my father in laws truck. I had them roto-blasted and looking nice again. I went to install them today and bought new breathers and noticed they came with new gaskets so I removed the old ones.....
The issue is that the new breather and gaskets are too large. I found new 3/4in breathers but all the gaskets I found to go with them are for 1-1/4" holes and mine are smaller. What should I do? |

Re: HELP with valve cover breathers
I'm not a fan of the help! section in most auto parts stores, but they do in fact help in some occasions. I'm pretty sure I had luck finding smaller diameter valve cover grommets there. What brand breathers did you get that are 3/4, and where did you get them?

Re: HELP with valve cover breathers
Both Jegs & Summit offer breather grommets in different sizes.
