1972 Cheyenne doing some manual labor
Good friend of mine is getting married tomorrow and his dad brought some flowers to the wedding venue. This is the tow vehicle, a yellow with black roof 72 Cheyenne/20. Cool truck and even cooler to see it doing some work

Re: 1972 Cheyenne doing some manual labor
Looks like a very nice original truck
That has survived the elements But the black top not being from the factory Is it painted? Or possibly one of those spray on vinyl tops they did back in the day? |

Re: 1972 Cheyenne doing some manual labor
I'm guessing the black top was dealer painted or maybe original owner? It has decent patina matching the rest if the truck. Here is the spid

Re: 1972 Cheyenne doing some manual labor
On my computer the yellow looks closer to the '69 520 yellow. But you saw it, so if you think it's original paint I believe you. The interior looks right.

Re: 1972 Cheyenne doing some manual labor
Tim it's quite possible it was an old repaint, I did notice the interior was lighter than the body, which would make sense it was repainted then
