Tires and Drop Again

I did research but it's hard to find exactly what your looking for. I'm about to put wheels on and a 2.5/4 drop. What I need to know is what is the biggest tire that will fit and not rub on the Torque Thrust II's that are 17x9.5. Will the 275/60/17 work without rubbing? I would like the least BS possible because I like the deep dish look. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Tires and Drop Again

I think I'm gonna go with 275/50/17 in the rear and 255/50/17 in the front on 9.5 and 8 inch rims. Will this work with 2.5/4 drop?

Re: Tires and Drop Again

A 2.5/4 drop isn't very low, you would have to put a significantly large tire before rubbing would be an issue. The sizes you posted will work.
