I wonder if that's emissions legal for my 86 Monte Carlo SS? Is it just a long block?

I think this is the best deal going for an engine. When I need one this will be the one I get.

Is this a Goodwrench motor or a GM Performance Parts motor? I take it must be a long block (no intake manifold).
NEVERMIND: Found all info here: https://www.gmpartsdepot.com/store/p...roduct_ID=1835 I bet with an Edelbrock Performer EPS intake this motor would make a bit over 300 horse.
