C = 4x2
9 = ? typo??
S = 6 Cyl Gas
1 = 1/2 Ton
4 = Pickup Cab With Bed
7 = Model Year ('67)
1 = Assembly Plant - Oshawa
last 6 digits are vehicle serial number so...
112541 = 12,541 unit built

Is the Glove Box Option Sheet still visable? If so there should be a model number there that you can have decode a little further...

If not you can (for a fee) get a GM of Canada Resto pack that will give you all that info if you tell them your Vehicle Vin #...

The questioned 9 stands for GMC in this case. Note it was built in Canada by the Oshawa assembly plant.
