Oil Gauge
I put a new instrument cluster in my 68 LWB Step side. The original was had just an idiot light cluster so I upgraded to the full gauge package. I have everything hooked up and working correctly except the oil gauge. I have the copper tubing run from the back of the gauge into the engine compartment, I need help identifying where to make the connection to the block. Can I get some help?

Re: Oil Gauge
small bock would be on the back beside the distributor.
big block would be on the side, down low, by the oil filter Inline I have no clue V-6... not even the slightest |

Re: Oil Gauge
I6, RH (passenger) side of block, rearward toward bell housing, below pushrod cover. My "guess" is the same place the idiod guage sender came out of regardless of engine (at least this is the case for small block and I6)

V-8 right behind/right of the dist.
Should look like this (below pic) and should be very close to the firewall. Hope that helps... |

Re: Oil Gauge
(close to the firewall in a 4X4... plenty of room in a 2 wheel drive)
