Sunday progress. . . . .
Well I got the oil pan and timing chain cover stripped, cleaned, and painted. And installed them. If ya want a krinkle finish, I found that if you take a nice krusty - rusty timing chain cover, clean it and paint it black, you can get the same results. I really like the way the ARP stainless timing chain cover bolts look. Anyways, after work tomorrow, I hope to get the heads on this beast, reinstall the lifters, push rods, ect., and get the valves adjusted. Anyways, enjoy.

I have to agree...shoulda done it all in orange.
Still looks sweet, and 100 times better than Jeff's paint. New motor mounts too huh? Sweet. |
