thats why i'm getting one custom built. bigjim on this board had his built by ty at tpc racing. he take all your specs on your motor and what you intend to do and builds the card exactly for that setup. all you should have to do is set the idle speed. i think jim cut alot off his time with it and is really pleased with it. if your gonna drive it almost daily you'd probly be better off going with his 3310 which is a dual feed vacuum secondary with choke. i'm going with his chokeless 4150 dual feed. but these things are pretty expensive. $450 for the 3310 and $600 for the 4150. heres his site

Neither one.

Q-jet baby. Only way to go. You couldn't run fast enough to give me a Holley.

I probably doesn't help you decide between a Edelbrock or Holley, but that wasn't my intentions.

I was trying to sway you to think more about a Q-jet.

Eric get a Edelbrock and then order a Carter rod and jet kit. The Carter will fit the Edelbrock carb but you get more stuff in the Carter kit.

If I can get my stock carter Q-Jet to run good, thats what I will be running, good looking carb with a LOT of CFMs going through them, hold a tune real well too.
