lowering

I have 71 c10 long bed and I am going to do a 2/4 drop. Its not a daily driver so I plan on using just springs all the way around. My question is will it cause my front tires to toe in or out if I just use springs...thanks

Re: lowering

It will cause negative camber mainly. The wheels will lean in at the top. You'll need to add shims behind the upper control arm shafts to bring them back into spec. A 2 inch front drop will be easy to align for any decent front end alignment shop.

That's what happened to mine. I just added some shims on each side to set it out to look eye level but still got to get alignment done.
