how much would you pay?

How much are a pair of late 80's Blazer doors equiped with PW/PL, no rust/dents worth? The doors are in perfect shape and include EVERYTHING...windows, vent assemblies, and complete door panels with everything on them...basically EVERYTHING.

Last pair I bought was $100. They had tan door panels though, so they weren't as good as they could have been.

Aren't bare GM doors over $200 a piece now?

I am just curious to see what they would be worth...not what kind of deals you all have found (cause I sure can't), but what they would typically go for in this day and age.

Thanks - jeff

Typically here for full power doors they are $150 apiece and go up depending on the straightness. Manual doors max out about $80

Well, here is a pic of what I purchased for Yeller. I paid $400 for both doors...pretty good deal considering i have seen non-power doors go for close to this much...especially up here in the rust belt. I have not received the doors yet but as soon as I get them I will be selling my non-power doors to help recover some of the cost.

Power doors? What does those do like...automatically open or something? Like them doors downtown at the market?
...never heard of no power doors...have heard of 'stuck manual windows suck' though!

Jeff,

I paid $50 a piece for the power doors I installed on my '81. They were about in the same shape as yours, and also included the interior panels (which matched the rest of my interior). They had a slight amount of surface rust on the bottoms, and there was a small dent in one door that I didn't notice until it went to the paint shop. I got them from a local salvage yard.

Maybe these kind of doors are easier to find down here (southern Missouri)?

Of course, that was over 4 years ago, so prices have gone up, I'm sure. 73-87 parts are getting more rare every day that goes by.

This didn't help you any, I'm sure, but thought I'd share anyway!

Casey, you would have better luck finding a two-headed chipmunk than finding any 73-87 body parts at a junkyard in Minnesota!! I have looked and looked to no avail...what made me real sick was when i was on e-bay there were a pair of door shells only that were up to close to $300 and there was still time on the auction!

Oh well, to me it is worth it and i can always sell my old doors and recover some of the money.

Talking

I almost got some power equipped doors like those on Ebay awhile back, but before I could bid on them he took them off auction as he sold them locally, and he was from Portland! I would have paid $400 for them as they were new and perfect. I ended up buying the components and wiring harness (thanks to GMC Norton) and when I buy new door shells, I will have power!
