Which gas tanks fit?

Will any burb/blazer tank from 67-87 fit between the frame rails and strap on "relatively" easily?

Tanks! (cheesy but couldn't resist )

I believe 83 on requires some frame grinding, but am not positive.
Do a search on gas tanks, you will find a lot of postes on this subject. The after market poly tanks supposedly fit right in, but the link above says some was needed. I did mine with an old van or camaro tank, but am not happy with it, only 10 or 12 gallon capacity.

Dont' forget to look at Panels and Suburbans from 1961 to 1966, as those tanks are a direct bolt-in. There are pictures of my tank on my web page....
