Heater hose question?
On a 72 jimmy which heater line is the supply and which one is return, I am working on my heating cooling system and cant get the air to stop flowing, so i thought i would just throw in a shut off valve on the intake side of the fluid.
Thanks |

Re: Heater hose question?
On my '72 K20 (factory A/C), the OEM valve is on the 5/8" hose from the intake manifold to the lower nipple on the heater core.
The top nipple has a 3/4" hose to the radiator.

Re: Heater hose question?
I always try to remember it like this: The IN line is at the bottom so that it can push the air out the top line. Also, bigger (3/4") OUt line so that pressure doesn't build up.
