I think he got sick of fixing leaks. If it's all what the description says, it's a good deal at the price the bid is now.
I'd buy it and fix the leaks....Sometimes a fresh eye and new energy is all it takes to make something special.

Yes, sounds like he's tired of chasing rebuild gremlins. I'd be more worried about the replacement cab corners, rockers, and supports than the mechanicals.
