Vacuum gauge
How many trucks out there have a factory tach AND a vacuum gauge? I have both in my 67 custom.

Re: Vacuum gauge
well, it shouldn't from factory. Vacuum gauges were only used on c40 and bigger trucks. Now there will be quite a few with them in their trucks as many hate the empty gauge space or have found these dashes out of the bigger trucks. Trevor

Re: Vacuum gauge
Yeah, it's factory, but just not on our truck line c10-c30. They are pretty neat though. Trevor

Re: Vacuum gauge
yeah, there are a lot of guys that like to put the air pressure gauges in their lowered trucks that have air ride. It is a sweet way to clean up from extra gauges. Congrats on the dash score by the way, I wasn't trying to be rude. Welcome aboard here as well. Trevor

Re: Vacuum gauge
With all the car shows I have been too, it looks like most of the trucks that I have seen did not come with factory tachs. I might have seen only a hand full out of many examples.

Re: Vacuum gauge
Most of the trucks i have seen with a factory tach, didn't come from the factory with it. I would say, at least in my area, they are rare. Not impossible to find, but rare.

Re: Vacuum gauge
I read somewhere, that out of all the trucks produced from 67-72 only 3% came with factory tach's.
