77 Scottsdale dashboard questions
This is an old picture is of my 1977 Chevy Sport's Scottsdale interior. I am wondering about the chrome piping around the top and sides of the wood part of the dashboard. Was the piping part of the Scottsdale package or was it special for the Sport package? How was it attached? Where can I find it?

Re: 77 Scottsdale dashboard questions
I had a 1977 Cheyenne and now a 1977 Silverado and they both had the chrome piping that seems to come off just by looking at it wrong. I don’t think it was just for the sport option although it may have been ‘77 specific. I am looking for some myself. If I do come across any I will let you know. I was thinking maybe a hobby or craft store may have something close to it.

Re: 77 Scottsdale dashboard questions
I believe that piping came with the BC2 option(Wood Grained Instr.Panel) Kinda a press fit with some glue which holds it in place.AFAIK the BC2 option could be ordered with any model. Larry
