Need help from over the pond with power steering SAE Truck Metric Pump

I am trying to get my truck ready for my son’s wedding in a few weeks.
I need some of you help and experience guys with my power steering set up on my 1971 C10 fitted with a V8.
I have a leak from the pump and I need to buy a new pump and also need the pipes and mine are a total mess, someone has brazed the ends on the pressure side.

Now I have a later engine with centre bolt rocker covers and by the looks of it I have a metric steering gearbox as I have O-rings rather than flares on the pipe ends.
I have done a search on metric hoses but to be honest it is a bit of a mind field to know what year parts to buy for and what model IE Blazer ETC
Can anyone help with some summit racing part numbers on what I need to order?

I may have the high pressure line that you need. I'll take a look this afternoon.

Buy adapters and spin them into the pump, your metric lines will be fine then

Re: Need help from over the pond with power steering SAE Truck Metric Pump

I put a 91 model engine in my 71. The 91 had a serpentine belt system that I used. The 91 pump had a metric fitting for the pressure side. I changed this fitting from an older pump (71) which was SAE. Then used stock hoses for a 71 from Advance or any parts house.

have you a hydraulic repair shop like for heavy equipment close by it may save you some cash and time . they should be able to reuse your fittings if they dont have new

Pump can be rebuilt. I would start search the engine id number and see if you have a match on the pump.

Engine Id number is going to give you Year of build so stay in the ballpark.
