Ignition removal?
OK, I'm in process of doing my first frame off on my 72 Blazer, I've got 99.9% of the stuff off bagged and tagged. For the life of me I can't figure out how to get the ignition switch out! I've spun it and even thought about prying it off. Is there an easy way or a tool to make this happen????
Thanks Ed Last edited by ers13; 06-03-2007 at 02:03 AM. |

Re: Ignition removal?
Take a paper clip stick it in small hole and turn as he said. Its my understanding you can't get the cylinder out without the key

Re: Ignition removal?
Yep, need the key.
If you don't have a key, what good is the ignition cylinder...? Cut it off. |
