Fan and Shroud location?
Where is the proper location for the radiator fan? Should it be completely inside the shroud or should the backside of the fan be partly outside of the shroud? I've made mine flush with the shroud, but I want to make sure I'm right.

With a flex fan, I try to go half in/half out. If you are running a clutch fan,you might set it about 3/4 in the shroud. Good luck........69

That sounds about right, you don't want all of the mechanical fan in the shroud. It want cool as good.
