front clip reinstall

I've got my cab back on the frame and I'm ready to install the front body clip. My doors are lined up pretty nice. I've got new inner and outer fenders and a new rad support. Just looking for some advice on the assembly order and adjustment. I'm aware repop sheet metal can be a challenge.

Re: front clip reinstall

Here is how I did nine. Inner fenders first mounted to the fire wall leaving the bolts a little loose. Then the core support went on and I put all the bolts in it including the two into the front of the frame. got it all squared up and tightened the bolts on the inners to the core support. Then the grill surround went on and got snugged up. Next came the front fenders and just worked them till they fit. Depending on your parts and how well they play together you may end up pulling it all apart a time or two to move holes over.
