how low is too low?

Check this out. This guy say that this truck is 45 1/2 inches from the roof to the ground. The roof is chopped 7 inches. Is it low or what.

Kinda cool, in a novelty sort of way. And yet, it sucks butt at the same time.

This is definitely a case where 7 inches is way too much.

It's gotta look real if you want it to work. That doesn't look like a real truck anymore.
This is how you do it...

I am stongly encouraging these sorts of activities. The more people go out and hack away at these trucks the more elite they become. Even though I went to the pomona swap meet today and every other vehicle there was one of our trucks.

More than an inch or two of chop on a 67-72 is a sin. These trucks were damn near perfect from the factory...in my opinion.
