mother truckers in bradenton fl are they still there?

i was saving some cash to order some doors and stuff from mothertruckers in bradenton fl, but there web site is no longer there and when i go to e-mail it says the email addy is not reconized. does anyone know what happend to them, they seemd to have the best prices

Yep, Ed died earlier this year. He was a good guy. Bought my first parts for my truck from him and got lots of free advice.

Man, I just found out! I feel horrible. I bought MANY parts from Ed, to include a cab that he built for me; I drove all the way from Cherry Point, NC to go get. He will surely be missed, an awesome guy! R.I.P old friend!!!!!

Sorry to hear about Ed. I bought a 68 from him years ago.
Is his business still in operation?

Its long gone.
Ed was a good guy, he did the body work and rebuilt the chassis on my old 71 Burb

No, Ed was it. These smaller shops are the best. There are what the owner makes them. If they ever change hands it's hit or miss on the new owner, but usually not the good thing it was anyway. I'd name examples, but we're not here for that.
