Quick front break question
Is it common with front disk conversions to have a wider stance in the front compared to the back? My front tires seem to be a lot closer to my wheel wells than the backs do.
What would it take to put 5 lug set up on the front? The front disk conversion was done with 6 lug. I know that I will have to put axles in the rear end. |

Re: Quick front break question
It's about 3/4 of an inch wider in front.Swapping to 5 lug will do you no good. The rear ends are wider in 71-72 to compensate. If you're running aftermarket wheels or wider rears, you can even it up some with wheel offset.

Re: Quick front break question
Sorry the thought of swapping to 5 lug is for easier wheel selection, not to try and fix the width. I am ok with it I will just put a wider tire on the back to compensate for it.
