250 or 292 Identification???
I have never owned a Chevy. I just got a 1970 C10 Chevy. It runs and it rolls. It smokes so bad it looks like someone poured oil in the gas.
I can't figure out which engine it has. I have looked at all the numbers on the engine, but it does't say anything. Are there any markings or differences between the 250 and 292 that would allow me to see which engine I have? Thanks! Re: 250 or 292 Identification???
Look on the brite side of everything:
1. You now own one of the greatest trucks ever built in the USA. 2. It has a built-in mosquito fogger that will protect you from the dreaded West Nile virus! 3. You don't live in Idaho (but your close) 4. You a member of the best informational truck message board on the web. 5. This could be the start of what soon may be a legal addiction, 5 trucks later ask me how I know! Above all to our world |
