Any tricks in changing sway bar bushings?

Just noticed I'm missing at least one sway bar bushing on my 72 C20. So naturally I plan on replacing all of them. Can anyone shed some light on the best way to replace these bushings?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks guys.

Make sure you clean the threads on your bolts good with a wire brush and use some penetrating oil of somekind like WD-40 or something better, those bolts can be hard to get off if they are not cleaned good.
