Throttle Return Spring
I was going through the assembly manual and I noticed this pic. I took a look at the piece that holds the coil in and there is a spot on the back that a spring would go to but only if you put the coil holder in backwards. Has anyone seen this piece?
Thanks

Does the coil bracket have the return spring going to it? How is the coil installed? With the screw holding the coil facing the firewall of the intake?
THanks

Here is a pic of the coil holder. Does that screw that hold the coil in place face toward the intake or the firewall?

Backside of the coil holder. I think that is a carb return spring spot circled in red.

The screw side goes toward the front (sort of points toward where the stock window washer jar is located) I pretty sure its slanted like that for improved carb/air cleaner issues. I've never seen the spring tab you have there (cool). I built a bracket for mine out of "L" brackets from the hardware store. Doug
