Heater blower problem

My blower in my 68 hasn't been working this winter. So I checked all the fuses which were all good and then replaced them anyway just for the sake of doing so. So I thought, OK it's the blower motor. I bought a new one, installed it, turned on the heater and NOTHING happened. So I now have all new fuses, a new blower motor and no heater. I've checked all the wiring and everything looks to be ok. What am I missing? Thanks in advance. -Moneypit

Re: Heater blower problem

Do you have a ground wire going from the blower to the cab? If no try that first. If that doesnt work then unplug the switch and use a volt metter to see if you got voltage in the plug. If you got voltage then check te switch for continuity. If the switch checks out then it probably is the resistor. To get to it remove the glove box liner and it should be on top. It is held in with 2 screws. Hope this helps.
