Rear end cover???

Ok, after ordering the third cover for my '79 Chevy pickup that won't fit, it occured to me someone "may" have replaced my rear end. It IS a 12 bolt and looking at the housing, it doesn't appear to be a Ford. There are NO stampings on the housing???

Hope this works...

Re: Rear end cover???

The picture is of a 12 bolt truck rear axle . Can you post a pic of the cover you have for it ? You may have a GM car 12 bolt rear cover . Frank
