I'm hung where I can't call at the moment - I'm guessing this is only on 8 cylinder sets?

I'll be buying a set as soon as you get the LS1/5.3's figured out. When are you going to send me a set to test fit?

Re: Big savings on Doug Thorley headers/exhaust!!!
No, This price is basically 10% below what a whse. dist. would sell them for . It's 10% off jobber price.
These are coated inside and out. To get technical the coating is around 3 mils thick on the inside and 5 mils on the outside. Jamie Last edited by Jamie @ Doug Thorley; 01-26-2008 at 06:55 AM. |

Re: Big savings on Doug Thorley headers/exhaust!!!
OK...I have a question. I have a set of Thorley headers that I bought about six years ago. I was going to have them taken off and have them Ceramic coated and then have them reinstalled. But...would it be cheaper to buy new headers with the ceramic coating?

No, it will cost half price (about $275) to just coat the Thorley's you have.

Re: Big savings on Doug Thorley headers/exhaust!!!
Do you have a shorty or 3/4 length BBC header for 67-72 trucks, or a car equivalent that will fit with minimal clearance/trimming issues? I'm looking for something that doesn't hang down below the frame rail.
