Question Converting to foot park brake

I have a 67 that had a hand brake under the column. It is currently off the frame and the cab is completely disassembled. I would rather have a foot operated park brake, and I have the brake mechanism. It looks like the fuse box will have to be relocated to do this conversion. Has anyone out there done this? All help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
