Looking for info and Pics of Extended Cabs

What I have is a an 86 (I believe) GMC Sierra 2500 Extended Cab SWB. I haven't actually seen it yet, this is a find of a friend of mine who knows my affinity for the 73-87 body style.

After spending some time on Google, I haven't found any decent images of what an extended cab shortbox actually looks like inside or out. I also can't seem to find much information about the drive train for that year of 2500 - or options for that matter. I hope to actually get out of town (about three hours away) to go look at it and grab the Vin.

If anyone has images of this body style and interior or model information on the Sierra 2500 I would really appreciate it.

Thank you!

A tired warrior of the 1980s in a world of low profile tires, front wheel drive, and plastic bumpers, where people stay in their houses until snowplows move the offending substance from their paths, too helpless to travel without AAA and chains and salt, clearing their windows with longhandled brushes while gently stepping around in the snow trying to stay nice and dry.

Re: Looking for info and Pics of Extended Cabs

Thanks a ton guys - sorry for the "DUH" moment - should have searched the site myself.

I will probably go this weekend to see what my buddy found... I will post pics when I get back. It's snake season here already so should be fun out in the weeds!
