Re: The Leftovers For Sale

I would love to have a swb frame to put this stuff on and my cab and doghouse. My '65 is a 1ton 155" wheelbase. You are close enough though.

Re: The Leftovers For Sale

I'm guessing you don't have a master for the brake and clutch (like the 62 has) that is boosted?

Re: The Leftovers For Sale

Ok what I have found from my 61 burb. The clutch cylinder is not boosted, the only difference id that the mounting bracket for the one with the 60-62 with the hyd clutch is narrower than the standard one. This one is the one I bought before the truck shipped to me and when i opened up the hood...lookie there a hyd clutch cylinder.... so to answer your question No this doesn't have the hyd clutch cylinder...I thought about buying a clutch cylinder myself but couldn't find any pic to see what it was set up like.... I know now I spent the money on one from CPP... looking at it now I think I could have done it......

Re: The Leftovers For Sale

CPP (and someone else) sell the combined unit - but it's $450. That's the one I'll be getting, bummer it's not the one you have.

Thanks.

Re: The Leftovers For Sale

No matter where you buy it from it make the whole Hyd clutch a whole lot easier. I will tell you this.. no matter who you buy it from it comes from CPP even the ones that you see in the LMC catalog is from CPP. You will like it.... Are you going to keep the 6 lugs? I converted the front of mine still haven't startred on the back yet so i'm 5 up front and 6 in the back.... if you want a good highway gear for your truck check out Patrick's (just google Patrick's) it's the first ont that comes up. He has a 3:38 ring and pinnion for 200 pluss shipping and it is made for our year trucks... that is the next thing I'm going after once I sell some of this stuff..... Good luck...

Pay no atention to that filthy engine compartment....Wayne Finned alum valve cover & side plate is waiting to go on along with a set for ceramic coated headers and a dual carb intake.... it's going to be a cool ride..

Re: The Leftovers For Sale

Everything is gone, If your truck has a HYD clutch you would be better off with the power booster & master cylinder/hyd clutch master. I believe the CPP is the only vendor that has one and all the rest of them are purchased from CPP and resold IE:LMC and CLASSIC PARTS.

These are very simple installs and make it easy but Cost about 500-600.

Nice truck you have there...
Good luck..
