Yes I have seen them too long, but not a bad as the one you have pictured, was this the label (the large one) on the one you have pictured? (either blue and white, or red and white)

Re: has anyone had this problem with cab corners?

Yup, Even though the label has been changed a little the numbering is exactly the same as the one I pictured, I have found that anything made by this company is awful.
Personally I would toss it and go ahead and look for one labeled "Key Parts" "Tri-plus" "Counterpart" (these three are essentially all identical) or the best in IMHO "Tabco" tabco is the closest to the OEM shape and the steel is of the same metallurgy. (meaning your body man can shape/stretch/shrink it) the other three which come in the Black "E" coat primer are all made out of HSS steel (High strength steel) which is thinner and harder to work than either OEM metal or Tabco's metal.
In the last picture I have five different cab corners pictured, from left to right.. (1) OEM.. (2) the junk one we are talking about, (3-4) Counterpart and Tri-Plus and (5) Tabco.

Take or send them back where you got them, for a full refund. Find a vendor that sells TriPlus replacement panels. I get mine here... http://www.classicparts.com/

Wow I will have to remember to stay away from that company for any sheet metal. Livrats picture of it side by side with the other manufacturers really shows how they just throw the part out with no care for quality. Seems like you could do better with some scrap.

Re: has anyone had this problem with cab corners?

At the shop today where they sell body panels and a guy comes in with a new cab corner and he says it doesn't match the other one he bought months ago-sure enough no match-call the supplier and they received 3500 new cab corners from a cheaper supplier which just flooded the market-they are crap

Tabco cab corners are the way to go. Only using what we need but as you can see they would fit good if the whole panel was needed,
