Pre build thread teaser pics.

And a quick question. First the pics.




Now the question. When welding on a patch panel of any kind. Do you put seam sealer on the weld when your done??? On the back or the front?? Or do you just prime and do body work???

I agree, I think the stepsides GENERALLY look better on lowered/modified trucks. Please note that I did not say always : )

Is that a fiberglass fender?

You question depends on where the patch panel is. I don't know if this was right or not, but when I did the floor, I put seam sealer in the cab and painted the bottom, then used rubberized undercoating. When I filled the markers on the fenders, I just used rubberized coating on the inside of the fender.

I also think it's easier to fix if you prime it first provided there isn't any major body work to do.

Chrome.

The patches are the inner rockers and the cab corners. I need to put a little filler on to smooth em out, but im worried about moisture from the rear....
