K10 rear brakes

Hello everyone........new to this forum stuff but here goes.
I have a 1979 k10 series chevy pick-up 4x4
with 1-inch inside diameter rear wheel cylinders.
The rear end did not come with rear brakes or drums.
Which size rear brakes and drums do I need to order.
I know there are two choices but have no idea which to pick.
Any help would be great.

Re: K10 rear brakes

If your looking at 2 drum sizes which drum sizes are you looking at? Which rear axle are you running - assuming it came with a rear axle.

79 K10 rear brake drums should probably be 11-5/32 x 2-3/4 and the wheel cylinders 15/16ths.
