Question Help on my '67 C-20

I recently inherited a 1967 C 20 Custom Camper from my grandfather. He was the original owner and kept it pretty clean. It has some rust behind the fender where the water runs down from the hood/window. The rust has come through on the kick panels, but I think I can fix that. The truck only has 71,000 original miles and it is all original. I have a few questions that I can't find answers to:

I have been looking at different pictures and it seems many of the other trucks are higher in the front end and more level. Is there a leveling kit for the front independent suspension? Is it possible to raise the front without raising the back?

Is the wrap around rear bumper stock from the factory?

Where can I get a good estimate for it's value (for insurance, not to sell it)?

Thanks

Welcome.

Regarding the "rake", it could be because it has HD rear springs being a "Custom Camper". The other possibility is that the front springs have sagged over the years. Some "rake" is normal, but it should not be excessive.

A factory installed stock rear step and tow bumper looks like the pic below. A lot of trucks came without a factory bumper and there were many variations of dealer installed units.

Got pics of your truck?

This bumper goes all the way around the bottom of the bed to the rear fender.

I am working on pics.

While I am not sayint these were stock, I have seen them on a dozen or so trucks...plus many more on line.
probably just a real common bumper back in the day.
