m2 suspension ls 5.3 exhaust question
what headers are u guys running on your trucks, im running a cpp m2 suspension with a 5.3 and want to know what are the best headers to clear the steering shaft with out splitting the shaft? or is there no way out from splitting the shaft? i would love to run long tubes but im running the under the cab booster so i think that and the column might not let me.... any suggestions lmk

We went through 3 sets of headers before we were even close and still had to "make" some clearance for the shaft for a Tbird rack

The SUVs that had 5.3s had manifolds that hug pretty tight to the block. Might give them a look. I'm using a S10 frame, so you have different issues than me, but with the block pushed to the passenger's side slightly, I won't need any modifications.

Sanderson makes a set for this setup....bolts right up no issues.
Dig deep they are about $800 |
