Do I need different shocks with 4.5 inch drop?

yes you will need shorter gas shocks in order to get a good ride

Yes, as well as shock relocaters. Check out Race Car Dynamics right in your area. Those guys will help you with measurements and get you the right shock for your truck.

Thanks guys. I was looking at ECE drop stuff. Their kyb shocks should be pretty close to what I need aren't they?
