it's a 6 lug leafer with this code. KAN 041 W92 can someone tell me what this is? Thanks.

I don't know what year you have. Codes are here up to '72

and I don't see it there... On our year trucks '70-72 use three letters.

You might double check it they are easy to decipher wrong.
