WTB Hickey Sidewinder parts

Anyone have any spare parts for a Sidewinder winch? I would like to replace the spring that keeps tension on the cable to the drum. Also would like to find mounting hardware for a 72 Chevy. I know there is a thread with pictures and measurements. Just thought I would ask about them too while I was at it.

There is a guy in Vancouver, Washington named Herm that rebuilds old WARN and Ramsey winches, I checked his site and nothing about Sidewinder though. He's an old timer, so you may want to give him a shout anyway.

Good luck

I might have spare spring in my Sidewinder parts stash. I will let you know. No mounting hardware though. I made my own mount for mine.

Re: WTB Hickey Sidewinder parts

I got your PM. I apologize for being so slack on getting back to you. I will have an answer for you this evening when I get home. I will post a picture if I find the spring. Again, sorry for the delay.
