4-bolt mains?
The original 350s that came with 72 c10's are 4-bolt mains, right? Just making sure of this...

Every original 350 in the '70s trucks that I have seen have been 4 bolt. There is a casting number on the rear of the block by the bellhousing mount so that you can verify. I think that the last 3 digits were 010

The last 3 digits 010 could also be 2 bolt. The only way i know for sure is to drop the pan. The full # is 3970010 from 69-79, Car or truck came in 2 and 4 bolt.
