Question Too Far Gone?

I know the body is blasted and will need massive amounts of replacement or patch panels. But what about the frame and sub frame?

Hard to completely tell just from those few pics, but there's always hope. The first pic doesn't look bad at all. The second frame pic shows a ton of rust, but it very well could be ok after a good sand blasting.
