Look in the Heavy Haulers area.

I know a junk yard that has a c/50 dump truck that the cab and front end is on in decent condition. The name of it is L&D auto sales in Pine Knot Ky. He is very reasonable on his parts. I can pm you his number if you are interested.

That would be great if you would. I found a few trucks in Kansas and Nebraska but that's a 3 day round trip.

Not sure where you are in Ohio, but there is a yard a few miles south of Tiffin ohio that has some of these 50/60 series trucks. Danners auto wrecking is the naïf the yard. I try to make it over as often as I can to see if they get anything old in and I’ve checked some of these for parts but never paid attention to the condition of the sheet metal. Most of them are old farm trucks and not in to bad of shape. They have about six or so of them. Good luck!

I'm between Cincinnati and Columbus. So Tiffin isn't too far away. I'll look into Danners. Thank you!

Re: WTB 1967 C50 Front Fenders and Extesnions

I was there last week and looked at the cab. I was gonna get the cluster but someone has already taken the air pressure gauge in it. the floor is solid and has the driver seat in it. The driver fender looked good too but I couldnt get around to the front of the truck or open the hood, but it looked to be complete and could see the engine in it from the hump being unbolted in the cab.

Do you need a cab for a pickup or the 50/60 series? The 50/60 series is a little different at the front lower corner of the doors. I’m sure you knew that. Just want to clarify. I know where there is a real nice pickup cab if that’s what you need.

I do need a cab. I have done some measuring from my C50 cab and my C10 cab. They are similar but you are correct about the front of the floor boards/toe boards are a little different. I believe from the floor seem to the back of the cab they are the same.
I could modify a c/10,20,30 cab if the price was right.

I will ask what the price is and let you know in a day or two. Unless you need to know sooner. I will try to get pictures for you too.

Thanks for the information. I'll try to get out there and check it out.
