Re: summit headers on a 69 2wd c-10
No, But I have these on my 71'.
http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku Your painted ones look to be the same as the ones I used. I did use a mini high torque starter and they fit with no problems. Last edited by ChevyDude; 07-04-2006 at 10:41 PM. |

Alex, how was the finish on those and are they actually Dynomax headers?. I heard they were.

Yeah, I'd like to know that also. I have thought about using those. Would like to know if you like them or not. Also do you have to get a different starter?

Re: summit headers on a 69 2wd c-10
The finish is very nice and shiney. Yes they are re-packed Dynomax headers. I had them on my 72' K-10 (Previous owner put on) and they held up very well. I put them on my 71' C-10 also. Nice headers and they fit. I don't know if you "have" to use a different starter but I did because my truck had no starter so I bought a mini high torque.
