truck wont start

ok here we gotruck is a 5thgen 454 on a 68 c10 hei swap new msd cap new msd rotor msd coil taylor 8.2 wires brand new new spark plugs checked the dizzy cor a constant 12V which it has what else could be stopping it from starting also i did a brand new ground and positive battery cable 0 gauge wire it cranks like heck but wont start

would the fact that whoever did the hei swap connected the 12V source from the fuse block instedd of from the igbnition affect the capacity of it to get enough spark to start?

Is there gas in the tank? Are you getting spark at the plugs?

Plenty of gas the carb is chock full of gas and sprays it in pretty good but nothing...

You should still be getting 12 volts from the fuse block. It's a constant hot correct?

its 12v when truck is off i dont know what happens when i crank it waiting for my wife to get here so i could have her crank it while i check spark at plugs and constant 12v

I've seen lots in the past where someone hooked up a wire that has 12v while ignition is on but looses the 12v when key is switched to the start position. Definately double check that.

when i crank the truck it drops to 10Volts anyone have a picture of the wire to splice on the ignition i got the dizzy checked today it pulls all the way to 7K rpms so its not the dizzy
