I saw two C50 trucks today that have your fenders but the fenders must go with the truck! Here's a bump for you, though.

fenders

I can get you a set as well but I will have to check them over for rust. I think this one was a 71 C-50 and was a town gravel truck.

I know there is about 3 to 4 of them in our small junkyard in my hometown. they were pretty damn complete if I remember right. I will look the next time I am home. I know they have fenders on them. Need anything else off of one? Trevor

Alll I need is the fenders, I 'm been looking all over New England and have called all over the country. I found a hood in mint condition at a junk yard near my house.

Thanks again

I think there is a set in a junkyard here. It will be a couple weekends before I can check it out, so if you haven't found any in a couple weeks PM me and I will go check.

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

You certainly have been looking for these for a long time haven't you!! It is too bad that mine are bent up. My cab is the only thing left and it is destined for the bone yard next week. I had a lead on a fender last year. I still have the number at work. I could give them a call tomorrow if you want.

Absolutly..............yes I have been looking for a long time, my next option is cut and paste in new metal which could be a big pain.

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

I have actually sourced a driver's side almost NOS front fender. That along with my cab, hood, most of a grille and a somewhat useable passenger fender can all be had for around the $300.00 mark picked up in beautiful Fenelon Falls, ON. Basically you are just paying for the fender. The cab was/is destined for the boneyard if nobody wants it.

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

Well I just got back in from walking a HUGE vintage wrecking yard and only found a couple of C-50 fenders, none of which where in repairable condition. I did however find a couple of good GMC 950 emblems. The offer before still stands as well. I will give you the cab and the passenger fender, but the guy wants pretty good money for the driver's side fender, it must be pretty rare to find a new take off fender like that.

I think there are 5 or 6 of those hee in the local yard, with complete
front clips, not sure on the condition, it's an hour away so I don't go
very much, but if you are still looking in Dec. let me know, off 3 and
1/2 weeks on vacation and I know I will be going back up there.

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

I did find a good front clip today, unfortunately it was on a working GMC tandem axle grain truck. It was out in the field following the combine around.

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

I saw a pair of fenders while I was at the Moultrie swap meet. The right is a NOS, the left is used with a little bondo on the lower front but no rust. The guy who has them runs Kellys classic auto supply, he wants $200.00 for the pair. His name is Landry, phone # 229-549-8784 Hope this helps Woody

Re: Back at it again still loooking for C50 fenders

I saw a '67 C60 here, but that's the only junker around our area. All others I've seen are still working on the farms. Your best bet would be to cut out the bad metal and MIG weld in new metal. Just my 2 cents.
