Coker steel wheels

I stumbled onto these last night and wondered if anyone has them. Would the 4" backspace allow the rim to clear the fender on a slightly lowered truck? I was thinking 16x7 front and 16x8 rear. Only big issue is the lack of the nubs for stock dog dishes.
