Storm Damage

Any of you guys suffer any damage to your trucks due to last weeks storms? I lost a windshield due to hail but was able to replace it with one out of a junker that was setting around that was unscathed.

Re: Storm Damage

We had some quarter sized hail here locally, my square was inside but my 05 was outside. I seen one dent in the hood, so all is good. Ten miles north and 20 miles south they had golf ball size and up, on about 4 different occasions during the last month.

Re: Storm Damage

We had some golf ball sized hail here. Luckily my 86 swb and 240z are tucked safely away in my garage. My Ford F150 was not so fortunate.

The 2010 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited's hood looks like it has cellulite from hail damage. Not good.

Yeah I could put my fist through the hole it left! We were getting some baseball sized pieces and thats what this one looked like from the size of the hole it left.

Re: Storm Damage

My buddies out in Knoxville and Athens (TN) got hammered with hail. The dude in Athens said they found a Taco Bell sign from Chatanooga in McMinn County near his house.

Oh, and the sun and salt air continues to really give my primer bomb paint a hard time out here!

Re: Storm Damage

We have not had any major storm damage here in Southeast Missouri. We have had historic flooding though.

We were stranded for a couple of days, but water never got into the part of property that our house and garage is on. Many around here has not been so lucky.

My prayers and thoughts goes out to those in the south.

Re: Storm Damage

Had tornadoes pass to the north and south of my place. Lots of structures damaged or destroyed outright. Judging from what I've seen so far it was much worse in Tuscaloosa.

Most of north central AL has been without power since last wednesday afternoon, from just north of B'ham all the way up to the TN line. Just got back online today myself.
